SOLO Calendars <back>
Solo events are more familiarly known as autocross in which street cars run
one at a time though a timed course. There are three levels of Solo racing:
1) Pro Solo racing is side-by-side handicapped racing on mirror-image courses (think street drag racing rules)

2) The National Events have two "Tours". The Championship Tour features traditional solo (one car at a time) events and establishes "champions" from around the country to increase the prestige of the National Championship at the end of the year. The Match Tour features head-to-head racing so is a good feeder into the Pro Solo series.
